Artiststore is a print-on-demand (POD) company, which means all products are made only after an order is placed, and each item is uniquely designed. Because of this, if your customer orders the wrong size or color, or simply no longer wants the item, we do not support returns, refunds, or exchanges.
But at Artiststore, we guarantee the quality of all products. All after-sales requests are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

A full photo of the product showing the defective quality is always required to assess the issue and provide a solution. Without it, we will not be able to proceed with a remake or shipping.
Any issues not listed above are not covered under our after-sales policy.

In the event of any infringement dispute, you agree to proactively participate in consultation and resolution, assume the relevant defense obligations, and fully indemnify and hold harmless Artiststore from and against any and all related claims, demands, liabilities, economic losses, costs, expenses, penalties, fines, settlement amounts, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders and block accounts for violations. Users are responsible for all legal consequences.
Artiststore reserves the right for the final interpretation and adjustment of this policy.
